Elected by, and governing on behalf of the members, the officers serve a two year term. The current officers of the PNwRC are:
Past President - Patti Ward, CRP
Patti Ward has over 25 years of experience in the corporate relocation industry. She is currently Vice President, Regional Sales Manager for US Bank. where she is responsible for new business development and growth in the Pacific Northwest and Midwest. Patti’s relocation experience includes all facets of the industry including account management, inventory management, mentoring, training and customer service. Prior to Citigroup, Patti was Vice President, Relocation and Corporate Services for Bank of America Home Loans, and before that Senior Account Executive with Prudential Relocation where she was honored with the Chairman’s Circle and Champions of Change awards. She has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Washington and holds the designation of Certified Relocation Professional (CRP). Patti is also on the Education Committee for the Portland Relocation Council.
President - Stephanie Quam, CRP, GMS
Stephanie Quam is the Director of Relocation, REO and Client Services with Prudential Northwest Realty Associates. Stephanie has over 14 years’ experience in the Relocation Industry and prior to joining Prudential Northwest Realty in March 2009; she served as Director of Relocation for John L. Scott Real Estate. Additional experience includes Account Manager of Title and Escrow Services, Regional Training Manager and Network Mentor. Currently, Stephanie serves as Communications Chair on the Board for the Relocation Directors Council (RDC) and is an active member of Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC). Stephanie earned her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 2008 and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) Designation in 2007. She graduated from Western Washington University earning her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing. Stephanie enjoys volunteering in the community serving as Chairman of Bark for Life Issaquah along with her pug Otis.
Vice President - LaMonica Hummel
LaMonica Hummel is the Relocation Director and Director of Business Development for Windermere Relocation covering Western Washington, California, Alaska, and Colorado. LaMonica has been involved in the relocation industry since 2000. LaMonica has earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Global Mobility Specialist – Talent (GMS-T) designations and holds a Managing Broker’s License for the State of Washington. Prior to joining the relocation field, LaMonica was Vice President of Human Resources, for ten years, in the insurance industry. LaMonica is a member of Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC), Pacific Northwest Relocation Council (PNwRC), Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Lake Washington Human Resource Association (LWHRA) and serves on the board of the Pacific Northwest Relocation Council.
Secretary - Claudia O'Neill, CRP, GMS
Claudia has been in Human Resources at Boeing since 1985 and worked in International and Domestic Relocation since 1986. Her assignments have included providing quality relocations for assignees and their families, facilitating company-wide policy revisions, and leading process improvement activities for the Global Mobility group. Claudia holds a BS degree from City University and is CCP/GRP certified. Actively involved with the American Cancer Society since 1998 when she and her brother were both hit with cancer, Claudia serves on the Committee for the Renton Relay for Life. Claudia has been married since 1980 and she and her husband are the proud parents of a son and daughter who are the joy of their lives!
Treasurer- Katie Rudnick
Katie has 20 years’ experience in the mortgage industry including 14 years in Relocation Mortgage. Currently she is Director, National Accounts for EverBank Relocation and Affinity Lending, where she is responsible for both new business development and account management for the West Coast and Mountain regions. Prior to joining EverBank she served as Director, Sales and Account Management for Premia Relocation Mortgage for 3 years and spent 15 years at Bank of America where she worked at almost every level of the mortgage origination process before becoming a VP, Client Relations Manager for 6 years. Katie is an active member of WERC and several other Regional Relocation groups and has held her CRP since 2007. She is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
Communications Director - Helen Maracle
A forward thinking, proven strategic business leader who creates solutions to drive value for current and prospective clients. A strong contributor in the ERC Regional Non-Profit groups providing the ability to approach projects with an open mind, generating innovative ideas and solutions that stimulate creativity and innovation in others. A forward thinking and driven leader who is focused on constantly establishing and strengthening relationships in the global mobility industry as well as building my knowledge on how to bring value and be a strategic partner to prospects.
Corporate Co-Chair - Debra Gilstrap
Debra Gilstrap has more than 17 years of experience in Global Mobility Relocation & Assignment Strategy for the Boeing Company. She has been an active member of Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC) and has held her CRP since 2004. Her experience and expertise allows her to provide valuable consultation to business partners on relocation strategies, policy, cost, and supplier management.

Greg is the Senior Vice President for Chipman Relocations, representing both United Van Lines and Mayflower transit in multiple markets. Greg began his career in 1986 at the very bottom of the relocation ladder: packing, loading and delivering shipments for some of the corporate clients he now serves in his current role. Greg’s involvement in the PNwRC began in 2006 and was quickly impressed with the organization’s level of professionalism and the diverse depth of knowledge fellow members bring to the group. Greg has many interests outside of the industry, not the least of which is entertaining PNwRC members with his Blues Band the Roaddogz.

Barry has many years of widely varied experience in real estate and relocation, following a very successful 25-year career as a VP of Sales/General Manager for a national communications company. After several years as a real estate professional and associate broker, Barry was promoted to Senior Director of Business Development and then Vice President of Relocation Services & eBusiness. He is very active in the community and believes in giving back. He has served as a past President of a local Chamber of Commerce and worked over the years with organizations such as First Tee & Children Hospital.

Education Chair - Josh Hyatt, CRP
Josh Hyatt has over 10 years experience in the global mobility industry and currently holds the position of Director Business Development, Plus Relocation www.plusrelocation.com. Josh is currently serving as President of the Southern California Relocation Council. Prior to joining Plus Relocation Josh was a National Sales Executive for ACS/Xerox Relocation where he was won several Sales awards. In addition, Josh has also worked for Paragon Relocation where he held the title of Global Business Development responsible for the Western region. Josh was 3 time business development person of the year during his tenure. In addition to business development roles, he has 10+ years of experience in marketing, and has held several Director level positions in the Architectural/Engineering, Telecom, and Hi-Tech/Dot Com industries, as well as holding the title as Manager, Marketing and Communications at Paragon Relocation. Josh has a BS, in Business Administration, from University of California, Riverside with a minor in marketing. He is a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC) receiving his Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 2005.
Meeting Chair - Lori Vincent
Lori has over 17 years’ experience in the relocation industry with a strong focus on customer service and policy development. She began her career with Coldwell Banker Bain assisting transferees with their move into the Puget Sound region and moved on to become Director of Relocation. Lori is currently with Cartus and is on the Microsoft Global Mobility team in Redmond. Lori is a member of WERC, has her CRP accreditation, is a member of Portland Relocation Council and a prior board member. She has been a member of PNwRC since 2001 and has been on the board for 6 years.
Social Responsibility - Lisa Brand
With more than 20 years of experience in the corporate relocation industry, Lisa Brand recently became a Business Development Manager at Synergy Global Housing for the organization’s expansion into the Seattle market. She previously worked at Oakwood Worldwide, serving as an Account Executive and Major Account Manager, where she oversaw several Fortune 500 clients. She has been honored with several industry awards and recognition, including the Presidents Club. In addition to her relocation experience, Lisa has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Washington since 2010, holding the designation of Certified Relocation Professional (CRP). Lisa is thrilled to be part of the social responsibility committee and introducing the PNWRC members with important charities that support our communities.
Bylawys - Deborah Santee, CCHP
Deborah Santee joined the ABODA team in 2005, shortly before the company became an ESOP (Employee Owned). Deborah’s career has spanned over 30 years of sales and service to include Property Management, Account Management & Business Development. Deborah believes her success in large part is due to her philosophy of “make the customer the first priority and the sale will come naturally”.
Mrs. Santee is active in the corporate housing and relocation industries; having served on the CHPA’s (Corporate Housing Providers Association) annual education conference committee as well as serving on the Board of PNwRC (Pacific NW Relocation Council) as the Past Social Responsibility Committee Chairperson and most recent as the Bylaws Chair. During her past tenure as Social Responsibility Chair, Deborah was responsible for several charitable endeavors including the planning and execution of a Charity Golf Tournament. The proceeds were then shared between the American Cancer Society and Hope Place (Seattle based shelter for women and children). In her current role as Bylaws Chairperson, Deborah maintains the integrity of the unifying document while providing Bylaw specifics to Executive leadership to ensure initiatives and decisions made remain within the governing parameters.
