Sponsorship
2010 is here and PNwRC is gearing up for a very exciting year and looks forward to
everyone’s participation in upcoming events.
We have the following sponsorship opportunities available in 2010. These are wonderful
opportunities to support the charities and various endeavors PNwRC is involved with
as well as provide recognition and exposure for your company. There are very limited
sponsorships which are awarded on a first come first serve basis.
E-Newsletter Sponsor
The e-newsletter is sent out to the entire membership 3 times a year to coincide with each
of the PNwRC’s workshops. The sponsor will have their logo displayed on the upper left
hand corner of the e-newsletter. This logo will have a link to the sponsor’s company
website. The sponsor will also be acknowledged at the upcoming PNwRC Workshop and
will hand out the prize from a drawing to be held at the event.
- Cost is $500. 1 spot available each issue. Fall issue is the only one still available for
2010
Corporate Meeting Sponsors
Participants of these meetings are the PNwRC’s corporate members such as Boeing,
Nike, Starbucks, Weyerhaeuser, Microsoft, T-Mobile, Nordstrom, Nintendo, The Gates
Foundation and Amazon.com. There are only 2 – 3 meetings each year.
We need Venue and Meeting Sponsors for each event. Sponsors will be allowed to
have 2 attendees to the event and a 5-minute presentation. Sponsors will be provided
a table to display their company information. Sponsors will also be featured in the
PNwRC Newsletter and Website with links to their company website.
- There are only 2 meeting sponsorships available for 2010 - estimated cost is
$1250 - $1750, includes catered lunch and parking (if applicable).
- Venue sponsorships available - we are looking for corporations to volunteer
their facility
Website Sponsorship
Sponsor logos are presented as static features on the following PNwRC’s website
pages: Home, Home Page, Sponsorship, Sponsorship:Website, Careers &
Opportunities and Contact Us. Additional rotating ad banner options available as
well upon request. These logos are also displayed at the registration table at each
Workshop event. Sponsors are acknowledged at the Spring Workshop. The Cost is
$500 per year for new sponsors and $400 for renewing sponsors. Registration for
2010 is now open. Please contact Patti Ward, Sponsorship Chair, for more details.
Meeting Centerpieces
Sponsor information will be put on each table centerpiece at the event. A table will
be provided to display company information by the registration area. Sponsor will
be acknowledged at the event.
- Cost is $500. Spring, Summer and Fall Sponsorships available.
Relay for Life
PNwRC has been a long time advocate for the American Cancer Society. Our goal
this year is to raise $20,000. Sponsorship levels start as little as $500 up to $5,000.
Sponsors are acknowledged in media leading up to the event and at the Relay for Life
event itself, and logos are included on team t-shirts. Deadline for event sponsorships
is mid April 2010. This ensures inclusion in printing of event media and T-shirts.

Individuals participating with or desiring to support the PNwRC team can contribute
any amount. We encourage everyone to go to the Relay Site: (Renton Relay Website)
to get more information about this noble event, to join our team, and to make
donations.
Golf Tournament
PNwRC’s flagship event will be held during the month of July. Sponsorship levels
are as follows:
- 1 Tournament Sponsor at $5000 (Includes x4 foursomes)
- 4 Premier Sponsorships at $3500 (Includes x2 foursomes per sponsorship)
- Pin, Flag & Photography Sponsor
- Golf cart, Golf Balls & Driving range Sponsor
- Contest & Scoreboard Sponsor
- Picnic BBQ & Drink Cart Sponsor
- 2 Contest Sponsors at $1500 (Includes x1 foursome per sponsorship)
- 18 Hole Sponsorship at $600 (Includes x1 twosome per sponsorship)
